Our Luxury & Modern TLA is a free standing house in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau which is close to Ramstein Air Base, NATO Quartier or other KMC facilities.

TLA Arsamasow is a perfect choice for people who appreciate comfort and like good design. It has underfloor heating system which is perfect in winter as well as air conditioning for hot summer.

It has 220 m2 which is 2368 square feet. Cleaning service once a week as well as beverages (water, soft drinks, juices, no alcohol) are for free for our guests. All windows are provided with electric blinds. A garage and a parking lot are included.

Cozy & Country TLA is a free standing house in Hütschenhausen-Spesbach. This charming house has been completely renovated und updated to the modern, high end standard. It has a great fenced yard with a patio, garden furniture and barbecue.

You reach Ramstein Air Base or NATO Quartier in only 10 minutes driving. Our Cozy and Country TLA has 230 m2 which is 2476 square feet.

Cleaning service once a week as well as beverages (water, soft drinks, juices, no alcohol) are for free for our guests. A garage and two parking lots are included.
